OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins)

Nattokinase – breaks down clots once they have formed

IMMUNOLOGIC ISSUES
No sugar, wheat, dairy.
Take glutathione for gluten sensitivity. Reduce all gluten containing grains.

Take baby aspirin.
Take PABA along with B vitamins and at least 1000 ug Folic acid.

SPERM COUNT
